Evangelos Kontzias leads Reset Consultants with the goal of positioning the company as the most reliable and strategic partner for businesses, driving their growth and ensuring long-term performance. He focuses on shaping the company’s strategy and acts as the vital link between clients, partners, employees, and investors.
With extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent Greek and international organizationshe is dedicated in achieving investment goals through clear and realistic development strategies. His expertise spans through the financial sector, including capital management, corporate finance, company valuations, exit strategies, restructurings, debt restructuring, and real estate management.
He is also a member of the Investment Committee and actively participates in the Board of Directors of the companies he is involved with.
George Athanassopoulos is an Energy Economist. He is a professional, with more than 40 years, in the fields of Oil, Natural Gas, Liquefied Natural Gas, and Compressed Natural Gas, having an extensive experience in the highly competitive sector of Energy. In the hydrocarbon sector he was also involved, for a few years, in drilling exploration activities (both onshore and offshore), mainly in DEP’s Projects in Greece.During his multi-year career he was employed as Manager and General Manager (CFO) of Economics and Finance, with a significant track record of performance, in Public Gas Corporation (DEPA) SA of Greece.
He has been member of the Specialized four-member Team, which curried out the study “Analysis and Evaluation of the Natural Gas project”, related to the final investment plan and decision for the Importation of Natural Gas in Greece.
He has handled the economics, finance and sources of funds for the construction of the main Natural Gas High Pressure Distribution System, the High Pressure Branches, the Above Ground Installations, the Medium Pressure Pipelines (grids), as well as the LNG Terminal in Revithoussa Island, in Greece.
He has also cooperated with different local and foreign financial institutions including among others, the “European Coal and Steel Community”, the “European Investment Bank”, and the “European Bank for Research and Development”. He had the supervision and monitoring of projects’ co-financed through the Community Financial Programs such as: the ‘National Strategic Reference Framework’, the ‘Operational Program for Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship’, the ‘European Region Development Fund’, the ‘Community Initiatives’, the ‘INTERREG Cross-Border Cooperation Program’ and ‘REGEN Program’.
Since 2008 – today he is also specializing in the development and marketing of applied technology products in the sectors of Energy (LNG,CNG and Photovoltaic projects), Energy Management (energy resource conservation, climate protection and cost savings) and Telemetry (Smart Meters, BEMS, Marine Telemetry) by utilizing strategic partnerships with companies using state-of-the-art technologies.
George has been awarded with a B.A. in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business (former A.S.O.E.E.), a B.A. in Political Sciences from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, a M.A. in Business Finance from Exeter University, England, and a M.Sc. in Energy Economics from Surrey University, England. He speaks and writes fluent English and French.
Yannis is the head of the Real Estate department at Reset Consultants and has over 20 years of experience in consulting, specializing in Asset Management, REOs, and Sales. His main responsibilities include portfolio management, overseeing property maturation processes, and managing property sales. With a deep understanding of the real estate market, he plays a pivotal role in providing strategic advice and implementing tactics that enhance the value and performance of assets.
Before joining Reset Consultants, Yannis held senior positions where he led a team of 20 professionals and developed sales strategies that led to the achievement of sales goals. Additionally, he managed relationships with institutional and corporate clients and developed and established a collaboration framework with brokers that supported sales growth and market expansion.
Yannis holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a postgraduate degree in Operational Research from the University of Strathclyde. He has extensive experience in market trends, investment strategies, and asset management, and has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to drive sales growth and optimize real estate investments throughout his career.
Spyros is the Head of Project Management at Reset Consultants and has over 10 years of experience in consulting, specializing in Asset Management and REOs. At Reset Consultants, he supports planning, due diligence, and development projects in Greece.
As a consulting professional, he has focused on analyzing asset portfolios, developing strategies to attract investors, and creating systems for asset monitoring. He has supervised the preparation of business plans for asset development and the creation of reports on asset performance and management. Additionally, he has contributed to the successful operation of the Virtual Data Room and collaborated with various stakeholders to improve asset management outcomes.
He holds an MSc in Management from Hertfordshire University in England and a BSc in Economics from the University of Crete.
Ioanna is a Senior Advisor at Reset Consultants SA and has over 6 years of experience in consulting, specializing in Data Management, Asset Management, and REOs. At Reset Consultants, she is responsible for analyzing asset portfolios, monitoring the due diligence process of real estate assets, and handling the pricing processes. Additionally, she prepares reports and analyses for asset evaluation and tracking investment performance.
She holds an MSc in Actuarial Science and Risk Management from the University of Piraeus and a BSc in Statistics and Actuarial-Financial Mathematics from the University of the Aegean. Ioanna possesses strong skills in data management and analysis, with experience in monitoring payment processes and managing databases.
Marios is a Senior Advisor at Reset Consultants SA and has over 15 years of experience in financial analysis and business consulting. He specializes in Asset Management, Corporate Finance & Valuations, Financial Modelling, and Real Estate advisory. At Reset Consultants, he is responsible for constructing and analyzing asset portfolios, business plan estimation, and monitoring the portfolio management process. Additionally, he prepares reports and analyses for asset evaluation and investment performance tracking.
He holds an MSc in Finance & Investment from Durham University in the UK and a BSc in Economics from the University of Macedonia in Greece. Marios is also a CFA charterholder. Outside of Reset Consultants, he has gained extensive experience providing financial advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, stock valuation, and corporate finance strategies, including capital raising and optimal capital structure analysis.
Nikos is a Data Analyst at Reset Consultants SA and has over 5 years of experience in consulting, focusing on Asset Management, REOs, and Real Estate Management.
His experience includes data analysis to create reports related to property portfolios, identifying trends, indices, and profitability, and providing strategic recommendations to investors for improving asset performance. He specializes in developing data analysis reports that support decision-making with the goal of optimizing investments. Additionally, he supports the operation of the Virtual Data Room and collaborates with the PMO team to report and analyze the progress of processes, while also monitoring the sales closing procedure and ensuring its completion through effective communication and support.
Vasileios is the Head of Technical Advisory at Reset Consultants SA and has over 10 years of experience in the technical consulting sector, with a strong specialization in Asset Management, Property Management, and the Design and Assessment of Reinforced Concrete (RC) buildings.
He has led the technical analysis of real estate portfolios, evaluating multiple development and investment scenarios to shape attractive and viable solutions for investors. His work includes in-depth technical reviews and the development of specialized monitoring systems to support the lifecycle management of the properties under advisory.
He works closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to address operational challenges and ensure quality assurance throughout all phases of internal and external project procedures. In addition, he is actively involved in the legal and technical regularization of properties, overseeing the submission and follow-up of all required technical documentation and actions in accordance with Greek Laws 4178/13 and 4495/17.
He holds an MSc in Structural Engineering from the University of Patras, Department of Civil Engineering, Greece, and a MEng in Civil Engineering from the same institution.

She has collaborated with banks, NPL servicers, and real estate investors, providing advisory support for process implementation, monitoring property maturation, and overseeing the completion of the required legal procedures. Additionally, she has managed external engineers and authored technical reports and assessments.
Katerina holds an MEng in Agricultural, Surveying, and Geoinformatics Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
Christina Bouli is a Technical Specialist at Reset Consultants SA, specializing in technical due diligence and real estate industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Morphology and Restoration of Buildings. Christina is highly skilled in Computer-aided design (CAD) and is experienced in using e-services of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). With a solid understanding of legalization laws and practices, she is adept at working in various environments, adapting quickly and collaborating effectively within teams.
Christina has been involved in analyzing asset portfolios to create attractive opportunities for investors, developing monitoring systems for assets under management, and managing technical due diligence processes. She has also worked with banks and real estate investors, providing advisory support for distressed properties and ensuring the successful operation of virtual data rooms. Additionally, she has contributed to reviewing technical reports, managing external consultants, and supporting sales closure processes. Outside of Reset Consultants, she has experience with filing in the Greek Cadastre and conducting building inspections for various projects.
Fotini is an Administrator at Reset Consultants SA and has experience in Data Management and Analysis, as well as Database Maintenance. With strong organizational and communication skills, she supports the company’s operations in the real estate sector by coordinating communication between teams and partners, ensuring smooth workflow of processes.
Additionally, Fotini is responsible for preparing and collecting the necessary documents for real estate procedures, while working closely with engineers, property owners, and tenants to complete technical inspections and prepare properties for sale.
